When I take my son to the park and he's laughing and playing with the other children, I think about how blessed I feel to have him here. This has been the happiest time in my life. I love the laughter of children playing and when I see him at the park I look at him and can't believe he's mine.

I thank Dr. Lee so much for sending me my bundle of joy that fulfills my life every day and for being so understanding and compassionate, he really helped me through one of the most difficult times in my life. He's is a gem of a person and a wonderful physician.

We had tried for 3 yrs before coming to Dr. Lee. We were unhappy with the care we received previously and decided to try Dr. Lee. Our previous doctor had recommended exploratory surgery but we were against it. Thanks to Dr. Lee (and God or course), we were successful with IUI on our "second" attempt.

We will definitely be visiting Dr. Lee again very soon as we'd like to have a second, hopefully a girl this time. Joseph just had his 1st birthday. We celebrated with a big western party where he was the sheriff, all the kids were his deputies. Every day is a fun and exciting new experience with Joseph.

We can't imagine our lives without him. No words can express the joy we feel. We still can't stop hugging, holding and kissing him all the time. He is truly the love of our lives.

Alan and I married at 47 years of age. We both had always wanted children, but hadn't met the ‘right' partner until later in life. We knew it would take some special help to realize this dream at our advanced ages and we were so lucky to find Dr. Lee. It was so easy at that point. Dr. Lee referred us to an agency who was to provide the perfect donor egg. We appreciated the professionalism and integrity of both Dr. Lee and the donor agency.

Our little Jacob couldn't wait to meet his parents, so he arrived about 7 weeks early. He had to stay in the NICI for about 3 ½ weeks before he could come home to his anxious parents. It was instant ‘love at first sight' when we first saw our perfect baby. It's amazing how soon and how strong maternal and paternal instincts kick in. We want to do whatever it takes to keep our baby healthy and happy. We marvel at each development step from making eye contact to feeling his tiny fingers hold onto ours!

We were referred to Dr. Lee after having experienced a miscarriage 5 months earlier. Our current thinking then was “time is of the essence” as we fall into the Advanced Maternal Age (AMA) category. With that in mind, we decided IUI was the appropriate plan of action and we were successful on the 1st attempt. We were ecstatic to say the least. The pregnancy was exciting and problem free.

Our son, Dylan was born healthy 8lbs. even, 20 inches and arrived exactly on his due date just as Dr. Lee calculated. Dylan is now 9 ½ months old. He is the light of our lives. We are constantly kissing, hugging, and telling him how much we love him. We couldn't feel more blessed to have been given such a miracle of life.We thank Dr. Lee and his staff for helping to bring our bundle of joy into the world.

I decided to have a third child at the age of 37. My first two children are 5 and 9. I didn't have any trouble getting pregnant with them so I didn't expect it this time. After 6 months of trying, my husband and I decided to go see Dr. Lee. My husband tested fine and I was still making eggs. So it seemed to be my age that was slowing the process. Dr. Lee went over all the options. We decided to try Clomid. It didn't seem to do anything for me. We waited a few months and then decided to try something more aggressive. I really wanted to give birth before I turned 40 so we did the shots in my stomach. It worked!!

My pregnancy went very well and I gave birth to a healthy baby boy on October 5th, 2005. He is the happiest, easiest baby! My husband and I are really enjoying him. He even sleeps 8-9 hours at night now! Thank you Dr. Lee and staff for making this joy possible. This baby has added immeasurable joy to our family.

Our situation was a bit different in that we didn't just want to get pregnant; we had to. Cammeron was suffering from an extreme case of endometriosis that had her in and out of the hospital twice a month for almost two years. After a lengthy laparoscopy to remove the endometriosis, she was told she had about six months to get pregnant before it would return. This was not the time to be attempting to get pregnant without help.

We were referred to Dr. Lee's office by Cammeron's OB/GYN. From the moments following our first visit, we knew we were in good hands. Cammeron was pregnant after our second round of artificial insemination. Today, more than two years later, Cammeron is in tremendous health. The constant suffering from the endometriosis has been replaced by the constant love and joy of our son, Jayden Paul. Quite simply put, there has never been a time when we have ever enjoyed our lives more. Jayden has brought to us a new level of appreciating every single moment given to us.

My husband and I tried to conceive for 3 years. We met with Dr. Lee and had no clue what our problem was. After our consultation with him we did some tests. Dr. Lee gave us hope that we will have a baby.

After 3 IUI attempts, we did get pregnant! All the hard work and effort we put in did pay off.Our son, Aiden Tyler was born on June 2005. He's been a very happy baby and is turning a year very soon. My husband and I cannot imagine our life without our son.

Andrew Michael was born July 18th, 2004 weighing in at 7 pounds, 10 ounces and measuring 19 1/2 inches long. On that date, our lives changed forever. For the first few weeks, we couldn't stop staring at him and would spontaneously burst into tears of joy, hardly believing that our little bundle of joy had finally made it into the world. It had been more than the anticipation of his birth over the course of 39 1/2 weeks, we had been dreaming about him long before he was conceived.

Our dream came true thanks to the care and support of Dr. Lee and his incredible staff. During our office visits, Dr. Lee empowered us with the information and steps necessary for conception, while at the same time demonstrating a true understanding of the emotions involved in the process.

Thank you so much for all your kindness you gave me during my first three months of pregnancy. The remaining six months went very well!

Our little one arrived on December 21, 2005. He was 7lbs 1oz and 20 1/2 inches long. After 16 hours of labor he was finally delivered by c-section. The doctor discovered that he was faced up.

But everything turned out okay!

I was diagnosed 12 years ago with PCOS and told getting pregnant would be difficult. Well, I was able to have 2 children easily with the help of Clomid. So, when I wanted a third child, I figured it would be a piece of cake. After a year of trying and a hopeless doctor, I was referred to Dr. Lee.

Dr. Lee and his staff are wonderful! They did not leave me with a feeling of hopelessness. I was able to get pregnant the first try with a combination of Clomid® and Repronex®.

On January 3rd, I gave birth to my sweet baby boy. He is perfect and all I dreamed of. He is the perfect addition to our family.

Being a parent is absolutely the most rewarding experience in life. Childbirth is such a beautiful miracle! The love we have for our baby boy is overwhelming at times. We went through a lot of ups and downs before bringing home Owen. We got pregnant with twins on our first IVF attempt, but lost them at 22 weeks when my cervix dilated and I got an infection that could not be stopped. After the loss it took a frozen and 3 fresh cycles to get Owen. During the entire process, Mark and I were in awe of the compassion and care shown to us by the staff at Fertility Care. So many women going through IVF at big clinics seem to comment about feeling like a number, not a person. At Dr. Lee's practice, we always felt like we were the most important patients you had. We probably would have given up earlier if not for your care. Being parents is amazing. Completely exhausting, but amazing. I finally feel like my life is complete. This little gift has brought so much joy to our family that it was worth all the emotional ups and downs we faced along the way.

The Story of Our Little Miracle

After a year of trying to become pregnant, as a couple in our low 30's, we decided to pursue infertility options. Through a dear friend, we were introduced to Dr. Lee. From the start, we felt very comfortable with the doctor and his staff. They were always very warm and welcoming. He presented all of our options to us and was always available to answer our questions, of which were many.

Going through our fifth IUI, we had faith that it would be the one that worked. As a way to release some of the stress from the past year and a half, we went on a wonderful and relaxing Hawaiian vacation the week prior to our insemination. Upon returning, with open minds and desperate hearts, we went in one more time. Oddly, I only had one egg. Fortunately, it only takes one egg to produce a miracle.... and that it did.

Jake was born on April 21, 2004 weighing 9 pounds, 8 ounces and 21 inches long. Words cannot describe how a child has changed our lives. Each day has new meaning as we watch him develop new skills and discover the world around him. The undeniable trust this small being has for us, his parents, is enough to make us understand and accept our roles as his guardians and protectors.

Jake is the love of our life. He has a cheerful disposition with a smile to light up a room. At nine months, he is eating table foods and cruising around the house at every opportunity. He loves his parents and his best friend, Buffy, our family dog. He is curious, playful and imaginative. We know we have been blessed and are so thankful for him.

We want to thank Dr. Lee and his staff for helping create our lil' miracle. We look forward to starting the process all over again in the near future. We know the end result is well worth the painful process of getting there.

How does one begin to say thanks for all that has happened in our lives. Not only do we have a bundle of joy that now we can call our own, but have also filled a void in our lives. We started our journey with Dr. Lee in 2004 and continued to see him through 2006. At that point we questioned God (as we all do at times). But ultimately, HE (God) knows what HE is doing. In the month of January of 2006, we got the good news that we were expecting and on November 21, 2006 we were blessed with little Alexander, coming in at whopping 8lbs, 1/2 oz and 21 inches long.

Our experience with Dr. Lee was truly a wonderful one. we would not change stinky diapers, all night crying, burping, sleepless nights, doctor visits for anything else in the world. Our bundle of joy is definitely an answer to prayer and also the expertise of Dr. Lee and staff.

I never thought I would be sending you another letter of appreciation. We would like to thank you and your staff again for your support in completing our family.

On November 22, 2007 after being at work for only two hours, I started going into labor. I decided I could drive myself home. Being this was the day before Thanksgiving, I ran into a lot of traffic on the freeway. Soon before I knew it, my contractions were only 2 minutes apart. After braking almost ever traffic law, I ended up driving myself to the hospital and two hours later we welcomed Cort Jeffrey to the world.

Here are some pictures of Cort just hours old. Also, I enclosed some pictures of his older brother Cole, who is now 27 months old. Cole loves his little brother, and we can only thank you for helping them come into our lives. We will be forever grateful for your kindness and devotion you and your staff dedicated to us.

We thank God and Dr. Lee for our beautiful son, Robert. After having a miscarriage, we tried getting pregnant for over a year and no success. On February 23, 2007, at 4:53a.m., our son Jayden was born 5lbs, 13 oz., 19 inches.  Jayden is such a happy baby and has bought immense joy to our lives!  Although we definitely have more than our fair share of sleepless nights, dirty diapers and hour-long crying sessions, we appreciate everything parenthood offers because we have wanted it so badly for so long.  We constantly tell others “when we see him smile, we know the journey was worthwhile.”

Our 3 year infertility journey was a short but blessed one with Dr. Lee and his staff.  Our first and only fertility cycle (but 8^th overall) with Fertility Care of Orange County gave us our first pregnancy.  The entire time we were under Dr. Lee’s care, that’s exactly what we received ~ care… and understanding and renewed hope.  We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Lee and his staff that we confidently recommend him to others.

We understand the emotional rollercoaster that infertility thrusts upon couples and the daily struggles that are involved with dealing with infertility.  Even though it seems like an uphill battle, with perseverance, faith and Dr. Lee, miracles do happen!

Our journey to parenthood began a little over 4 years ago when we decided to start a family. Over the next year and a half, we went through several artificial insemination, one of which produced a pregnancy, only disappointment and frustration.

Just when we thought doors were closing, we talked to a few friends about our journey and we were introduced to Fertility Care. We had heard of other couples who had faced similar disappointments and Fertility Care was there to help. Immediately we found the staff to be encouraging and offered us hope for our situation. Two IVFs (In Vitro Fertilization) later we became proud parents of our little miracle, Gabriel Peter, born on May 23rd. Our miracle!!! Gavin Carlos Marquez was born April 6, 2007. A very healthy boy!

I went to three Fertility clinics before choosing Dr. Terence Lee and his staff of wonderful girls. Dr. Lee and his staff always had an answer to my questions and made me feel as if we were all family and in perfect hands. I didn’t think I would get pregnant after so many doctors would inform me of my medical problems. After trying on our own for well over a year, we decided to seek help. We followed all of Dr. Lee steps and it all paid off!

I will never forget hearing those words of “positive.” I was walking the boardwalk of Santa Monica beach overlooking the ocean. One place that will never change with “age”.

Delivery was not bad at all.  We taped every second!  Gavin was born after 5 hours of vaginal labor.

I never could have imagined that after having an uncomplicated and successful pregnancy in 1999/2000 that subsequent attempts to grow our family would be filled with such heartache and disappointment. Even after years of trying to get pregnant, a late term loss and months of trying, my doctor continuously told me that nothing was wrong and that I should just keep trying to get pregnant. At 37 years-old I knew that with each passing month my odds of having a healthy pregnancy were getting worse so at last I decided to take the initiative and explore fertility specialists. I am so thankful that I found you and your staff at Fertility Care. I will always remember that first one hour consultation with you as you were so compassionate in listening to my story and providing me with information that gave me hope. Now just over one year later I have a beautiful baby boy snuggled in a baby carrying sling against me as I write to thank you and your staff.

Almost a full six years after having our daughter we are experiencing the joy of parenting a new baby again. There is nothing in the world quite like holding your baby in your arms as he stares in your eyes, smiles and then slowly falls off to sleep. My husband Chris and I were high school sweethearts who married in 2003 after about 7 years of dating. We had enjoyed many happy times together and decided shortly after we purchased our house that it was time to share our happiness and love with a baby. Two years passed without any luck. We were getting very discouraged and started to fear that the family we had longed for would never be complete. After unsatisfactory results with my regular OB/GYN. Chris and I decided to consult with Dr. Lee. Right away we had a great feeling about the Fertility Care center. Dr. Lee and his staff were very warm, courteous and professional. After carefully ruling out individual fertility complications with my husband and myself. Dr. Lee recommended that we try artificial insemination. On February 20th 2008 we gave it our first shot and it worked! We were so excited and it gave us a good feeling to know that Dr. Lee and his staff were genuinely excited for us. After a great pregnancy, Chris and I welcomed our baby Owen into the world of October 19th 2008. Though tired, we couldn’t be happier. I won’t hesitate to call Dr. Lee if we need help with baby #2.

During the infertility process it is important to stay positive and healthy. Patients should be proactive and involved in every aspect of the process. Both parents need to be on the same page and supportive and patient with each other. The rewards are great.

Now that Le and I are parents all the difficulty and expense of infertility treatments has been worth it. Gian is a happy baby that really goes with the flow. He only cries when he is hungry or sleepy. He enjoys being with people and smiles all the time. We are excited to watch his changes and developments.

More importantly, I have learned more about myself and what matters most---life. Nothing is that important to be angry or upset about and work---especially my work---will always be there.

We came to Dr. Lee knowing that as older parents, our chances for success were considerably diminished. Having just experienced a miscarriage only 5 months earlier, we were nervous. Dr. Lee explained our options and what we were facing. To say the least, we were anxious but excited. With less than a 3% chance of success, we got pregnant on the very first try with AI. Nine months later, we were blessed with the arrival of our beautiful daughter Isabella. She was a very healthy 7lbs., 12oz., and measured 20" in length. We thought we had the "American Dream". A great marriage, successful careers, a beautiful home, and a healthy wonderful extended family. We decided to add the final touch and have a baby. Our lives have been given new meaning as we learn to become parents to our little girl. We tried to get pregnant for over a year and at the age of 32 that is quite nerve racking. Words cannot express the joy of being a mother for the first time. And I believe the love and care I have for this little girls is extra deep and special because of the obstacles I went through to have her. The pain and disappointment time after time of a negative test result was so torturing when it seemed like everyone else in the world around me was pregnant, having babies and so happy. My prayers were answered after three long years when I went to consult with Dr. Lee and my infertility due to Endometriosis.

My first meeting with him raised my hopes and gave me confidence once again. Dr. Lee is such a caring person and made me feel like he truly cared about my desire to have a refreshing and in the end, exactly what we needed to get pregnant. Yes, the long weeks and months of medications, self-injections and emotional turmoil was difficult to say the least, buy I can honestly say that I would do it all over again and will once we are ready for a second child. You know how they say that women almost instantly forget the pain of labor once they hold that little baby in their arms? Well the same is true with the infertility experience. What I remember is the pregnancy because I treasured every moment of being pregnant and never took any of the nausea, aching back and swollen feet for granted.As I write my testimonial at midnight, while my daughter sleeps soundly in the next room; until at least 4:30a.m., I can't take my mind off her, I see her in my dreams, I can smell her breath with every inhale I take, I feel her presence in my heart and I now know what unconditional love is.

When I watch my husband hold our daughter and see her smile at his funny faces, my heart swells and I say to myself, God has fulfilled our life with His miracle, our little girl, Alessandra Victoria. Thank you Dr. Lee for being His vessel.

After three years of trying to conceive, we decided to visit a fertility doctor. Dr. Terence Lee was a highly recommended for his expertise and professionalism. We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Lee because he was pleasant, efficient, and encouraging during my infertility treatment. His optimistic attitude helped me during times I had doubts about me ever becoming pregnant.

Today, we are proud parents of a baby girl. Fortunately, after only one embryo transfer, I became pregnant. We are elated about being parents and we do not take anything for granted. Two months after our daughter's birth, we still can't believe we are parents. As she grows, it is exciting for us to see what new facial expression she will make to us and discover which parent she looks like morel. Each day she is with us we grow more accustomed to her routine with less anxiety and more comfort. This year we went to the Pumpkin Patch Farm with our new daughter dressed in a pumpkin outfit. We had a wonderful time taking pictures of her at the different decorating areas in the farm. We enjoyed our day at the farm because it was a kid's event that we can now be apart of with our daughter.

Our lives have changed but for the better. We look forward to attend kid's event such as story times at our local children's bookstore and joining MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers). We know our daughter is truly a gift and we constantly shower her with hugs and kisses.

Our experience with Fertility Care in Brea has been quite a wonderful one.  From the get-to we knew that it could be a very painful and heartbreaking journey.  We prepared ourselves for letdown after letdown just because of our own past experiences with infertility on our own.  The very first cycle we tried, it took.  We were pregnant.  Except for my own disbelief and insecurities everything went smooth until we hit a little bump in the road.  While I was 4 ½ months pregnant I ended up in the E.R. because I was having incredible back pain.  It turned out that I had an angiomyolipoma (benign fatty tumor) that had hemorrhaged into itself and I lost an immense amount of blood.  I had a blood transfusion and was in ICU for 4 days but all the while I prayed not to lose this little one inside me.  Dr. Lee even called to check on me after he found out what had happened.  I was already out of his care and this minor set-back had nothing to do with our fertility.  It was just a fluke.  That proved to us that he truly cared about us not only as his patients but as a couple he cared about independent of his practice.  That was impressive.  I was on bed-rest for the remainder of my pregnancy and the outcome was a healthy 6lbs, 9 oz, 19 inches long baby girl that we named Kyra Kathleen.  She is the light of our lives.  Since her birth on 9/16/05, she has brought our families even closer than they were before (which was pretty close).  Everybody considers her our “miracle” and rightfully so.

Kyra has a wonderful sense of humor.  She is always smiling and brightens up any room.  She is extremely advanced for her age.  She loves animals and spending time with not only her mom and dad but her friends and her families.  She is amazing without exaggeration.  I, of course, could go on and on about how proud we are of her but I’ll refrain for the purpose of not taking up too much space here.

We owe everything to Dr. Lee and his wonderful staff.  They have made us feel very special.  They’re all very welcoming and discreet at the same time.  We are looking forward to having a second child conceived with Fertility Care’s assistance in the next few months.  If you are considering fertility treatments look no further.  Dr. Terence Lee is your doctor for all your fertility needs.  Good luck to you and remember to have faith.  Dreams do come true in the form of a little person to call your own beginning with a little help from an office in Brea, CA.

My husband and I come from large families so it came as a complete surprise when we found out that we are among the couples facing infertility. First we were relieved to find out that there was a medical reason why we had been unsuccessful conceiving “naturally.” But when the circumstances of our situation sank in, we went through several phases of the emotional cycle that many infertile couples go through. We were sad that it happened to us. We were resentful at all of the seemingly “accidental” pregnancies happening everywhere around us. We were anxious about the limited options that remained. We even became a little alarmist, immediately gravitating towards the worse case scenario: what if we could never have children?

Secretly, every woman cries at the notion of not being able to have children. At first, I didn’t think I would. In fact, I didn’t know I longed to be a mother until I realized that there was a chance we may not be successful at conceiving through IVF. But what I learned going through IVF is that you have to do a lot of soul searching before you begin this journey. You will need to be at peace with the notion that you’re capable of living a fulfilling life without having children of your own, should that be the final outcome. And you should resolve in advance with your husband how much you are willing to invest, not dollars per se but emotional capital. And most importantly, you should let yourself cry because that may be the only way you can completely surrender to the journey you are about to take.

Thanks to Dr. Lee and his wonderful staff, we feel incredibly blessed that we now have a baby girl, who has enriched our lives in ways we couldn’t imagine. Every time I look at her, I see all of the hope and love my husband and I devoted into her conception. But conception of a child wasn’t the only positive outcome from this journey. Looking back, I can now say that our journey made us stronger individuals and drew us closer as a couple. It’s only natural that you get blinded by a single goal going through IVF. However, had we not succeeded in IVF, we felt we succeeded in discovering each other again. And that in itself is worth the journey.

Our 2nd set of twins were born on June 17, 2005. We now have 4 children under the age of 2 years old. Just 3 years ago our life was so different. At one point I thought we would never have children. We started out with a few obstacles, i.e. husband had vasectomy many years ago and I had diabetes and high blood pressure. Katherine was born at 31 weeks and 1 day at 2lbs 14 oz. and Maximus at 31 weeks and 1 day at 4lbs 2 oz. on 5/15/2005. They were in NICU for approx. 6 weeks and came home healthy. Katherine had no problems at all but Max ha PDA and was treated with Indocin® and was on a ventilator for approximately 1 week - but all is well now!

Katherine is now a whopping 20lbs and Max at 22lbs.! They just had their 1st Birthday and are advancing so quickly now!

After being married for two years, we decided to start a family. But after 6 months of trying to get pregnant, we decided to see Dr. Lee on May 2005. We imagined our initial consultation to be very awkward. But after talking to Dr. Lee, we felt very comfortable. He immediately ordered a series of lab tests. After 3 ½ years of trying to conceive my 2nd child, we were referred by a friend to call Dr. Lee. Dr. Lee and his staff were amazing. They were friendly and sympathetic to my situation. After being diagnosed, we knew that there was light under the tunnel. My husband has a low sperm count. I had an infected left tube and my right tube was blocked. They removed my left tube and cleared my right. I did 2 artificial inseminations and was unsuccessful in getting pregnant. We decided to do IVF. They put 4 embryos and I took. We were so happy. Finally, a positive pregnancy test after all these years of trying. At 19 weeks, I went on bed rest due to a short cervix. I had a cerclage put in by my OB. It was removed at 36th weeks and at 37th weeks I gave birth to a healthy baby boy. If it wasn't for Dr. Lee and his amazing staff this would have not been possible. Thank you to Dr. Lee for your hard work and dedication to the fertility challenged. My son Nick is so happy to finally be a big brother.

When our medical office referred us to Dr. Lee in January of 2003, we had no idea how awesome our lives would be! God has blessed us so richly through the willing hands of Dr. Lee and his amazing staff!

We began treatment for IUI and after the 3rd month we became pregnant! After so many months of negative in-home pregnancy tests, we couldn't believe we were going to be parents. We were consumed with tears of joy! With a worry free pregnancy, our first son, Joe David, was born on Feb. 10th, 2004, as healthy as could be. Once he started sleeping through the night we were ready to try again!

Since we were no longer living in California, we flew to California to go to back to Dr. Lee. We knew there was fertility treatment where we were living, but no one as compassionate, aggressive and understanding as Fertility Care.

We tried a couple months of IUI and when that didn't take, we tried IVF. Our first month we found out GOD entrust us with another little one. Our second son, Kayden Daniel, born on Oct. 22, 2005, is another precious gift!

We are daily blessed by these 2 miracles and know that is may not have been possible without Dr. Lee and his willingness to help others. We eagerly await an opportunity to be able to go back to Dr. Lee Maybe a couple of girls this next time! God has ordained our every step and we are so thankful to Dr. Lee and his staff!
